unter so gut wie keinen. solange du das korrekte Spiel angibst (allgemein Train Sim World/TSW sollte reichen)

if you really want to do all of this with Rechtsverfahren and what not then you can google and look at anything you find
to start with the official TSW4 manual, there are some stuff about DTG/TSW listed at the beginning and end of the PDF file
