Steam Tsw 4 Canadian National Oakville Subdivision - Can't Grab The Ethanol Hose

Hi guys,

is there a bug with regards to the ethanol hose. I power up the pump and the hose arm swings out. I open the hatch but I'm not able to grab hold of the hose.
