Hello, I just downloaded TSW4 and was hoping to import my profile from TSW3 but of course the game only let me create a new profile and even after uninstalling, signing out and logging back in several times, the game still doesn't see that I have an existing profile. Any ideas?
Hello there, You can access the profile import by going to Main Menu > My Profile > Switch Profile > Import Profile Please Note: - Profiles cannot be transferred across different platforms. PS4 and PS5 do count as different platforms. - You cannot import a profile with the same name as an existing profile. Yes but you see there is no option to import an existing profile, just the current profile and the option to create a new profile. I've also still got TSW3 installed and logged in to.
