I have had a few issues where TSW failed to start with a UE error. My investigation was inconclusive but it does seem UE starting requires a lot of system resources, so if you have something running in the background - in my case it was Windows Update churning away - it can prevent TSW from starting. Even having a browser running while waiting for TSW to load in the background has occasionally killed it.
Couldn’t that be caused by a Mod (never sure what kind of error would be displayed then)?! A good starting point would be to delete all mods and check if it still crashes. Literally all crashes I have had in the past were related to mods…
