Tsw 5 Crashing

Hi, just bought the game but it freezes/crashes after a couple of seconds. any ideas ? thank you

 

You need to provide some detail: What platform you are playing on. ( PC, PS or XBox), and the route and service you were playing or trying to play.

 

sorry..im on pc..and im just in training.

 

What are your PC specs? Did you make sure it could handle TSW before installing it?
