Hi all. I recently bought Train Sim World 5 and I was very excited for the game. However I cannot load up Frankfurt to Fulda route. I've done the ICE training and LZB training but once I go one to the next journey chapter it exits the entire game saying I am out of video memory. I have lowered my resolution and it hasn't fixed it. I had a similar issue last year with London to Brighton every time I departed/arrived out of Victoria but the issue dissappeared after a few months. Also whenever I do play TSW 5 the graphics are really bad and everything is a bit fuzzy/blurry. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
Are you on the one or one X, the one is older than the one X and I have the one X, and at times the graphics turn into the blob-like effect. if you can get a external drive try that, that is what I did WD makes external drives just for use with the Xbox.
Video Memory (VRAM) doesn't have to doa anything with external storage. Just to be sure, you are on Xbox One and the game crashes with an error telling you, you don't have enough Video Memory available?
This is correct, but once I got an external drive and moved much of my games onto it, the XB was running better, with TSW and with my daughter's assistance we dismantled it cleaned it out, and reapplied the thermal paste "thermal grizzly" the factory paste was dried out. Now it is not running as hot and even seems like it's running better, a little that is.
