    DTG Matt DTG JD ?

I think it can be either. There are small third parties in tsw. Tsg being one of them. Well, first you gotta have experience using unreal and actually building stuff like tracks and trains in detail and using the tools.

Hey - I believe it can be developers of any shape and size. I've passed this onto Adam, who looks after the Partner Programme, to follow up.

Just chatted to Adam, and copying down his response:

Unreal and TSW require extensive skillsets to develop all requirements, even for just a locomotive DLC. Art, simulation, audio, gameplay, user interface, localisation, and many more.

The level of detail required for each of these generally means we work with teams who have individuals dedicated to each aspect. Yes, we have signed up a few individuals to the programme, but they have been involved in DTG projects and even their own projects have required others to be involved to cover all requirements (TSG currently has more than one developer on the programme, for context). The Partner Programme gives developers unlimited access to TSW operations, and because of this, we are not in a position to onboard individuals at this time, even if they have a proven record of development. This may change in the future, but for the time being we're focusing on onboarding and supporting those who have recently joined and getting them up to speed.
