Long-time lurker here, but I’ve reached a point with my personal project where the content has exceeded my abilities as a one-man band. I was a huge fan of Wonterail’s Service Mode Timetables, and I always wanted something more unified and interactive — basically, I’ve reverse-engineered RealTimeTrains concept from scratch and made it for modern UK routes in Train Sim World and tailored it to the games needs and the needs of a railfan. So, as a bit of a hobby project, I started building my own app to bring everything together in one place and began timing routes based on how they perform as AI services to aid train spotting. It started out as something just for personal use and concept testing, but it’s now grown to a point where I need help (for my own sanity!). I’m not planning to go fully public with it just yet, but I wanted to gauge if there’s any interest from others who might want to help fill out some of the route and timetable data to hopefully get this off the ground. I’m currently coding, creating my own 2D images, and managing the timetables solo. If you’d be interested, feel free to message me — I’d be happy to chat and see what help might work best. Requirements-wise, ideally you’ll be on PC with all layers and have the ability to use God Mode (mainly for the 4x speed — otherwise, you’ll be going slower than me! haha). As I say, not sure if anyone has any interest or thinks the idea’s good, but thanks for reading — and if there’s genuine interest, I’ll share more details privately! Image below:
