I cannot find much information on this part of the line but I do know it is quite a scenic route, this route will be set in the 1990s the locos: The British Rail Class 411 (or 4CEP) electric multiple units were built at Eastleigh works from 1956–63 for the newly electrified main lines in Kent. These units, which used a British Railways Mark 1 bodyshell, Visual features: Class 411 Cab sorry I could not find much information on this one, information for this route was very hard to find. But I do know that this route really shows the garden of England and London Victoria and with classic 1990s locomotives it would be amazing
Something like South Eastern Main Line in the early nineties with the Class 411, 415, 423, and 465 in NSE livery would be excellent.
What is missing here is the classic 2EPB 415 & 416s which are still numerous ans despite having Mk3 shell based Class 455s and SEHS Class 465/466 replacing them due to their lack of compliance with disability Discrimination Act 1990 or 1995 requirements.
