PC Tsw2 Cc Liveries Only Work Show Up On The Loco

as the title says, when i try to use a livery i downloaded from the creators club, and select them in the timetable mode, the livery shows up on the loco or first multi-unit set (so if theres for example 2 multi-units coupled it only shows on the first).
How do i fix this or is it supposed to be like this?
