I have TSW2: Collector’s edition on disc. Will this still work after the launch of TSW3 and will I be able to use the additional included routes on TSW3?

    .
TSW2 will continue to work with all content you have purchased for that game

You will automatically get any DIGITAL licenses replicated in TSW3 on purchase of TSW3. There may need to be a digital TSW3 license issued by support for anyone who has a hard copy of TSW2. This is what happened last time

It will work and you might be better off getting a TSW 3 disk copy. Although you need to contact support if TSW 3 doesn't detect your TSW 2 Disk install version.

TSW3 on disc won't be out right away by the way. They will want to fix any potential bugs before getting a stable disc version out.

what do you mean? Patches will fix any problems anyway whether it's a disc doesn't really matter.

Having it release later on disc means they can put a more up to date version on it. So at least the disc then will have any major issues fixed (like a scenario bug) without needing to go online. These days it is expected to keep consoles connected online due to the continuous support of a game beyond release. So I've since stopped buying discs.
