Excellent idea but the overhead wires will need to be live 25kv 50hz Paddington to Hayes and Harlington Junction for Heathrow Airport. If you make this in 2021 the new train will be Class 345 with Class 387 layered from brighton main line.
Heathrow airport (well the organisation that owns and runs it) own the actual line between Hayes & Harlington and the airport, and they don't license it out, so unfortunately this won't happen
Also with the stations being part of the Terminals, security is likely to take an interest if you were to try a research trip without permission.
