Since yesterday's update, I did two services on TSW2 - Pen Cor, both powered by the F40PH. Both times the train was fully functional, but the engine doesn't seem to be running. There's no smoke coming from the exhaust on top and there is no engine noise Weird to be gliding along in silence while you expect to hear a heavy diesel grumbling and hammering away. Havent done any services with the other trains, so don't know if they're also affected
That's the worst patch I've ever seen since this TSW releases. It served no purpose besides broke things that actually work. Well, it's a nice way to discourage people asking you to fix things.
Likewise have also experienced this since release. Seems to affect all preserved content (the 143 and 155 are noticeable too)
Friendly reminder to DTG. This is still not fixed. F40PH is totaly unusable due to no engine sound whatsoever.
DTG Natster Nathalie, I see Pen Cor is on the Railfan TV schedule. I take it you won't be using the F40PH with the missing engine sound? Or is the sound OK on PC perhaps?
Am I then the only one who has this problem? Are there fellow PS4 players who have this problem? If so, please let DTG know by confirming in this thread Edit: Logged support ticket JMT-734-40791
There are other people having the issue as seen further up the thread. It won’t have been fixed since then so is still an issue. It’s most likely an intermittent fault so not everyone will notice it. No preserved collection bugs have been fixed yet.
