Hi, I purchased TSW2 for PS4 today, and I run Sand Patch Grade with AC4400CW, and ICE 3M on Koln Aachen route. Problems detected: - For both trains, so I belive it will also happens on Bakerloo too: The brake values appears out of the gauges! Please notice language is Spanish. I would like and prefer to have the game in English instead, but there is no chance to change language! Hope this can be do it! So the brake gauges it have their names in spanish plus english, being so long. May be this caused the brake gauge values be positioned wrongly. In this case using moving with the views positions I ended below the ground, over a sea! Below the mentioned gauge problem. SPECIAL REQUEST: Please change the font size and type of the distances to signal and to the objetives - stop location, etc! - as they are really small! I am forcing my eyes in order to see them! It is really unpleasant to drive a train with no clear information! Here the same gauge problem in the german route - Sand Patch I run the Powering America Part 1 scenario, but despite of doing everything it was indicated, I complete the load of the coal cars completely, the scenario did not indicated me as it was do it, so never ends! Even I did all the parts on the red rectangle, they stay in white as I have not did it! I make this scenario twice, and the same situation on both cases! - Another issue was, I did Powering America Part 2. Everytime I saved the run, when I loaded the save, the train it have no power! I was saving it when running on 8 throttle selection, but when I load it as you can see it is on 8, but there is no blue bar on the vertical corresponding part on the HUD! I reset the reverser and the throttle but nothing changes. No power at all, and train start to reduce speed, up to full stop! Final issue, was when I pass a town, with several crossings I started to use the horn, but suddenly the horn does not sound anymore. There was the display about the use of the horn, but not sound at all. I save the game, and when I return the horn sound again. But this must not happens. Hope you can solve this issues asap, as this was not a nice start with this new simulator. I have no problem with TSW, but TSW2, was not that way Please sorry to insist, but change urgently the size of the distances on the HUD for the next signal, next new speed limit, and the distance to stop, or indication on the top left HUD!! Thank you and regards!
Today, it was my second day with TSW2, and I can not complete any scenario or timetable yet! I tried again Powering America Part 2, and after several yellow lights and nothing happened, finally after switching to another track, there was suddenly a small red signal, very low by the track. So no time to brake! Then I get out of the run. I loaded my previous save of this run, and the same situation I mentioned yesterday happen again! When the game is loaded, the locomotive it has no power! Even you are on 8 position of throttle, there is no engine power to move the train, and it stops. No blue bar no yellow value indicating there is power. Exactly as reported yesterday. I am really worry due to saving the game it is very important, as sometimes I have no enough time to do all the run, and I need to take it again later, or another day. But with this problem I have no chance to do it. Never had this problem with TSW 1. Second run I did today, was another try with ICE 3! In this route, activity saves works ok! But after loading, and run some kms, I get a red light. So I stopped there. After 15 minutes the red lights stays on! On the right side track, there is a green light, for a DB Talent stopped at a station, several meters behind the ICE. But this train never starts running! Could be an interesting driving situation. But if the Talent moves away, and I can continue my ride. Apart from that, it is really strange an ICE must stop, for a local train. Another small issue related with ICE, it was sometimes the image of the instruments when looking back to the cab, it keeped blurred for some minutes, and finally looks ok. I must say TSW2 looks really nice, and rides smoothly I noticed there are lot of problems with other users. You are really busy about it. But please try to fix my mentioned issues asap.. Mainly the saving issue on Sand Patch grade. As to the german route, I will try another timetable. Thank you and best regards
Well I finally could run several services on TSW2! But the problems I mentioned already exists. I have more information about it, in order to DTG could solve it. - Brake gauges numbers are not inside the gauge itself as showed an all trains. This is due to I am on spanish language PS4. The game wrongly displays the name of the gauges on both languages, being so long, and the figures are in the wrong place. Please fix this asap, as it is really ugly to see, and it is important to properly see the brakes figures. - The problem about Sand Patch grade, when I get a previous savely run, about missing power, I discovered it is due to one of the Generator button control -one at the bottom left little console on the AC4400CW, despite it was connected previously to save the game, it appears now disconnected! And it is a very complicated control operate due to it is very low and very close of the other 2 ones, so it takes time to connect again, mainly with the train moving. Please fix this! I also discovered this only happens on Sceneries, not on timetables. - On Koln Aachen route, if you are driving the Talent, and you change the contrast of the screen to dark on - I prefer that! - when loading a previous saved run, it appears again on white!. - I do not like to have the Distance to Objetive (stop place or go via to) indication on the route itself. I prefer to see this on the HUD at the top left. Same for the train painted over the rail. As mentioned it is ok for first training, but it is not real feature for a game that tries to simulate real world. So I deactivate them. But after reloading a previous run, they appear again on the route! Please fix this! - I surprisingly noticed the lights of the AC4400CW when you are looking close of it, they do not look round! It looks like with a hexagon or something like that! This does not happens with other locomotives. Please see this picture about it. - Regarding this locomotive, it payed my attention when you use the horn, the bell does not ring too, but also the dicht lights function does not appear making blink the lower 2 front lights. This happens on the SD40, and I believe this locomotives have this function too, as I saw it on videos. - As to locomotive lights, I noticed when the locomotive is away, they look small, similar as when you are closer to it. But real situation with lights is they look bigger when they are far, and being getting smaller when the train approaches! You have this effect on the signals lights! Which is right. Please apply this effect to the locomotives too. - US freight trains, when having a Trail locomotive, it have their main lights - the one at the top, turned on, in order to alert trains behind. But I noticed on TSW2, this lights are turned off. Trains are so long to get out of the lead locomotive and go the trail one just to turn on the lights, and get back. So please program the game to start a timetable or scenario with the trail locomotive with lights on - On Sand Patch grades, on some trains when you keep pressed the button in order to see the back of the train, it does not go to that position. It goes around the middle or at least there are like 20 or 30 freight cars left to the end. It is supposed it goes to the last one. In same cases do it on others no. - Finally this is something really nice I noticed about if you use the horn inside a tunnel, it sounds different from outside, like with some eco! This is a really great effect! Congratulations! Don't get me wrong! Please this post is not a critic one, it is a list of things that are not working as it should be, and helping you to notice them, and some ideas to fix it. TSW2, it is really great! But despite of that some details can make it not as enjoyable as it might be.
