As we are now in autumn, I have twice ran a service with autumn/drizzle selected as weather pattern. Once on LIRR and once on RSN, so both on preserved routes. On both occansions, I turned the percipitation down a smidge. What I got both times was snow in stead of rain. So there seems to be something very wrong with the weather settings. Anyone else notice this?
Yeah I don't bother with autumn, the rain seems to be flakes of snow. No idea how it is in other countries but in England usually snow falls between December and march
AFAIK in autumn you get snow when the temp drops below 0°C/ 32°F and that happens before 08.30 and after 14.00. You will get rain between those times. Also the temp varies if it's clear or full overcast, but that's how I learned how weather in this game works
Woow, that's messed up. Both the services I did were indeed night services. But I wanted to simulate an mid/late september night. You don't get snow in september (usually ) DTG Natster, DTG Protagonist Can you please ask the team to look into this? When a player selects rain, he wants rain, no matter what te temp is. If he wants snow, he would have selected snow. Snow should only be available when winter is selected.
Appreciate the feedback OnlyMe1909, this will get looked into however I can't promise if or when the weather will get an update.
We can say that I've got that info that way. When you choose weather you can see the temperature. And also when you choice time, then go back to weather, you will see differences.
