   I already own TSW2020 and TSW4 on xBox. If also bought TSW2 and TSW3, the routes in those base games would be available to install in TSW4?

   yes all routes you bought in TSW2 & TSW3 will install into TSW4. I have most of the routes from TSW2020 TSW2 & TSW3 all do work for me. TSW4 am on xbox and pc
