Hi I'm trying to preload TSW3 which I pre-ordered on PlayStation I have managed to preload all of the PS 4 version of the game and DLCs. I am having issues loading the PS5 native version of TSW3 preorder decals (the PS5 game and other DLCs have installed fine ) I am getting the error message something went wrong with the error code CE-107880-4 I have googled the error code and performed recommended steps (restart console, or restore licenses) neither of those worked the website that gave me these instructions then says "If you are receiving this error code in relation to add-on content, then the problem could be that the specific item(s) haven't been made available yet due to an issue with the release date attached to them on the PlayStation Store, or the system is incorrectly trying to access the PS4 version of the DLC which isn't compatible with the PS5 game. Unfortunately in these cases there is currently no known fix, and you'll need to wait for Sony or the developers to resolve the problem before you can receive your additional content."
Yes, mine hasn't loaded either but, as they say, I think the decals will become available on full launch-6th.
Thing is the PS4 version (on my PS5) has installed. But not on the PS5. Will check the PS4 pro version. I know they pre installed on the Series S. Hentis
Am I missing something here? Are these decals supposed to be a DLC? I thought they would just be in the game itself. I’ve had the game and route DLC download on PS5 (PS5 version only) and haven’t noticed anything else that should be there.
Under Manage Game it's listed as a separate item. 5 in all, 4 routes and 1 decal pack which hasn't and won't install. 4 routes now have update files.
