Perhaps start by deleting your local save data (outlined below) and let me know if it works. How to Clear Your Local Saved Data: This will clear any saved data stored on your console, restart and redownload your saved data from the Xbox Cloud. Go to: Settings > System > Storage > Clear local saved games.
