Unsure if this has been reported already, but if not - SEHS new on TSW3 doesnt show Level 2 unlocking even though it shows I have completed all Level 1 targets. Something is registering in Level 2 as the yellow bar is semi advanced but I cannot see what the targets are so don't know what I should be doing to complete.
