    Hi all,

It took me a long time, but you can download now the TSW3 Starters Guide and the TSW3 Advanced Users Guide here:
    https://www.hollandhiking.nl/trainsimulator

From here, navigate to the TSW page at the site.

I have split the TSW2 Starters Guide into two parts for this new version. The first part covers purchasing TSW3 and get it running including information on how to play the game (menu, driving a train essentials). The TSW3 Advanced Users Guide covers far more detail, including key mapping, the HUD details and modding.

Near end of June ToolkitForTSW will support TSW3. Unfortunately it is quite hard to update the Toolkit for TSW3. I would have liked to make it support both TSW2 and TSW3, but that is not doable. So the update will no longer support TSW2. I am still testing the update and maybe I will include one or two features. One is a surprise (if it happens, no promise) the other one might be the backup tool. I now get help from Github Copilot. Today I received an invitation to use the GPT4 language model and the chat function in Visual Studio. Let's see how this helps to speed things up a bit. Anyway it is nice to have this tool.

It looks nice, thanks for the work. If there is one thing I would change, I would include more concrete information in the sections on signalling and safety systems in the advanced driver's manual :) There are so many different signalling systems including the swiss, french etc. that having a good overview in a single place would be invaluable.
Also regarding route learning, for German routes some forum members have compiled realistic driver's timetables including speed limits in PDF form. I don't have the link now, but this could be worth to include as well.

I still have the idea to wrtie a guide on signalling and safety systems, but it is a very extensive topic and you need a lot of illustrations. I cannot just use copyrighted material, so ... but thanks for the suggestion.
