Hello everyone, this thread is to update you all on our current state of play across the various platforms of TSW3 and compile our previous threads on these topics. Once again this will relate purely to non-gameplay specifiy issues, so please continue posting feedback in the various forums and threads.

Unfortunately most of these issues are not on our end and from our store partners, but we do appreciate all of your patience with the launch and hope this clarity helps raise awareness and udnerstanding of the current situation.

    Epic Games:
The team at Epic are experiencing some delays due to the manual process of setting up entitlements for this content. The Epic Games Store team currently forecast that entitlement setup should be complete by the end of the week. At which time, players will be able to download legacy content they are entitled to.

All remaining content should be uploaded to the store this afternoon, so in the meantime
please do not purchase any content you already own whilst the entitlements are set up.

Note, 8th September 15:51: all Add-ons should have been released for Epic, and the first set of entitlements live too. Please keep checking over the next couple of days as the rest should be added by the end of the working week.

Note: 12th September, 16:11 UTC - we believe all content and all entitlements have been activated by Epic. Please check your Stores!

Update: 13th September, 16:36 UTC - entitlements related to packs (Regional Starter Packs, Rush Hour, TSW2 Standard Edition) we believe not to have been activated. We've flagged this to Epic to resolve.

Update: 16th September, 14:13 UTC - Epic have informed us all entitlement for Epic TSW2 packs (Regional Starter Packs, Rush Hour, TSW2 Standard Edition) should be added by the end of this week.

Update: 4th October, 16:17 UTC - most entitlements have now been added. If you are still without Add-ons you're entitled to, please check the bottom of this thread for details (posted 4th Oct, 16:15 UTC)

    Microsoft Store / Gamepass:
Timetables, Trains, and Journeys are currently missing on the menu UI on the PC version - we have a fix we're hoping to release later this week.

In the meantime, Scenarios and Training Modules can be accessed by selecting a route first and timetable services can be driven whilst exploring on-foot.

We currently have a build in Microsoft certification process to address this UI issue mentioned above.
8th September, 15:51 UTC - This has now been fixed with an update.

    Xbox:
Some players are currently experiencing issues with access to particular routes they are entitled to (Great Western Express, Rapid Transit, East Coastway, Peninsula Corridor). This is known, and we're working with our QA team and Microsoft to resolve this issue. 12th September, 10:48 UTC - this has been fixed and is now downloadable

A toggle for Motion Blur is also waiting in the Microsoft certification process and is coming soon. (fixed 8th Sept, 15:51 UTC)

    Update, 13th September:

We are investigating an issue whereby the DB BR 101 is having issues appearing in game after downloading.

We are also investigating an issue whereby Tharandter Rampe is not showing in some players' libraries.

    PlayStation:
Last week, we confirmed a staggered rollout of Preserved Collection/TSW Compatible content (your current TSW2 Add-ons) on PlayStation, after Sony informed us they would not be able to release them all on launch day. Please use the link below to see the plan of release times of content.

Full roll out of Playstation Preserved Collection/Train Sim World Compatible Content in TSW3

We can't confirm exact times at this stage because these are manual entitlements, so please allow 24 hours after these days for the routes to propagate. You'll need to manually download them again for Train Sim World 3 if you own them on Train Sim World 2.

If yesterday you saw your Add-ons had disappeared on PS4, this was as a result of the 10.00 update from Sony. This is how you can solve it.

Update, 13th September: Batch 2 is now live.
Update: 20th September: Final batch is now live.

    Steam:
We are not aware of any issues with downloading content, however if you are experiencing any problems with file corruptions, installations or crashes please check out our Steam support guides linked below:
    https://dovetailgames.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/folders/80000633776

Small issue whereby TSW2020 players aren't able to download Sand Patch Grade. We've raised with Steam and we hope this to be amended soon. Resolved, 12th September - 13:43 UTC.

    Creators Club:
We have noticed that players who have 100 subscriptions on Creators Club are unable to subscribe to any more content. If this is affecting you, you will see the spinning wheel indicated in the red box on the screenshot here.

We are aware, and are investigating a solution.

For the time being, you can continue to subscribe to Creators Club content via our website, or remove your existing subscriptions if you don't use them anymore.

Thanks for bearing with us during this launch window, we hope you are enjoying the new game and content while we wait for the entitlements - we're on track now to having everything resolved :)

    UPDATE: 8th September, 15:51 UTC
    • An update for a Motion Blur toggle has been added for Xbox players. You can find this in your 'Settings'.
    • An update for PC Game Pass players has been added to allow them to see their downloaded content within the TSW3 menu.
    • The first Epic entitlements for Train Sim World Compatible content should be rolling out, and the rest of the Add-ons available in the library. If you see an Add-on in there which isn't currently downloading for you and should be, please give it until the end of the week before contacting us, as Epic have confirmed they should all be in place by the end of the working week.

    UPDATE: 9th September, 15:09 UTC
    • We believe we've identified the issue for Xbox players not receiving Rapid Transit and Great Western Express, and a request has gone into Microsoft to amend.
    • For PS4 players who have experience a loss of Add-ons after a PS update yesterday, please check the post above for details on how to get them back.
    • Epic entitlements for the remaining Add-ons should be added by the end of the Working Week (at least, that's what we've been promised). They work on US time, so we're hoping that will start soon.
    • We've asked Valve to add in entitlements for TSW2020 players who aren't able to download Sand Patch Grade.
    UPDATE: 15:40 UTC
    • Microsoft have informed us it'll be a working day lead time to implement the entitlements for Xbox, so this won't be resolved before the weekend. Thanks for your continued patience!

EPIC PLAYERS: FOR ALL THOSE STILL REQUIRING TSW2 CORE ROUTES...
    • RSN and dependent Add-ons should be available for all players
    • Some players will have received TSW2 Core routes (if you haven't, please see below).
Epic are looking into entitlements (some will have and some won't have the routes at this stage), but can everyone who is still without them Contact Epic Directly explaining the issue using this link, please: https://www.epicgames.com/help/en-US/epic-games-store-c5719341124379

Thank you. I know it's a pain for those who are already nearly a month into this now, but hopefully the end is in sight.
