I thought that TSW3 was coming off of Game Pass from 1 September. https://live.dovetailgames.com/live...cles/article/tsw3-xbox-sale-leaving-game-pass

However, I have noticed that it is still listed. Just to check, I loaded it up (I bought the Birmingham Edition which doesn’t included Cajon Pass or Kassel-Wurzburg) and I can still play the Kassel-Wurzburg route, despite not owning it. I haven’t tried Cajon Pass as I don’t have it installed.

I wonder if it is still going to be there until the release of TSW4.

Microsoft give two weeks notice for games leaving the service and you will now see Train Sim World 4: Standard Edition in the 'Leaving Soon' section. It's still on Game Pass for now. The games in this section usually leave in the middle of the month, then a next batch gets put in there that leave at the end of the month. Since we're at the beginning of September, TSW4 is most likely leaving in just under two weeks.

Birmingham Starter Pack only includes the route and core game (Training Center). Southeastern, Kassel and Cajon Pass will no longer be active once it leaves Game Pass. So anyone in this situation should consider getting the Standard or Deluxe in the 80% off sale.
Birmingham Standard Edition includes the routes (except Southeastern) on Game Pass + Birmingham and the core game (Training Center). If you want to continue playing Southeastern, you can get the 80% off UK Starter Pack.
The TSW3 upgraded Southeastern route is already owned if you purchased it in TSW2.

Thanks. I’ve got the Birmingham Starter Pack which is why I was surprised to still be able to play Kassel given that DTG gave a date of 1st September for it coming off Game Pass. I’m not bothered about losing that or Cajon pass. I will still have SEHS and SOS because I already bought them for TSW2.

Just out of interest, I wonder if the extended version of SEHS will be available in TSW4 to people who own the original TSW2 route but skipped TSW3.

I’ve just seen on another post (which I somehow missed earlier) that the date is now 16th September.

Yes. There is no version of SEHS (not extended) for TSW3 or TSW4. They are gonna give you the extended one instead.

Just rehashing this as TSW3 is no longer on Game Pass. I have Kassel - Wurzburg installed but not Cajon Pass. I notice that Cajon Pass has been removed from the list of routes I have available in the ‘Manage’ page. Both are showing as not owned on the store (as expected). However, I can still play Kassel - Wurzburg. No doubt, if I uninstall it, it will disappear (as I will when I get TSW4) but in the meantime, it is still playable. Weird.

The Game Pass discounts are still there too for the add-ons. Makes me think those still have Game Pass rights. Could be gone in the next store refresh.
