PS4 Tsw4 Cannot Load The Saved Data Because It Is Corrupted

Devastated to see all my history gone, and cannot think of anything that would have caused it. Had to create a new user profile, and all my progress is gone.

I didn't have a PS Subscription, so don't think there is any way to resolve this.

1) Is there any way to resolve this
2) Has anyone else recently experienced a new thing since the last core update
3) Anyone know the kinds of things that can cause it

DTG Matt Is there a technical limitation to allowing progress and points earned to be stored against our dovetail live credentials please? This would be much better than having it locally imo.
