Why is the frankly awesome video that plays the very first time that you boot up the game, never shown again? It's a shame that something that clearly has had some considerable time and effort put into it is seen just the once. I'd actually forgotten that it was a thing before seeing it again recently on my partners console when setting her up with a profile for the first time. Rather than making it permanent, thus adding to the litany of things that require the A button to be pressed before we can get to the game proper, maybe make it a toggle, for those of us that want to experience it and get hyped each time we're getting into the game. Sea of Thieves has a similar option for its pre-game footage roll. Maybe it could even be used to hide some of the excessive load time for those of us with many, if not all of the DLCs installed, that make it take 5 minutes plus as they're all verified before play can begin?
ya mean this right? or, close to it. can be found in the game files under ...\steamapps\common\Train Sim World 4\WindowsNoEditor\TS2Prototype\Content\Movies the file is PlayerIntroVideo.mp4, however it's without sound.
Aye, on Xbox though I can't do much about it! It has the orchestral score the first time you boot up the game, not Just Can't Get Enough.
Did they not have it on the regional editions? I only got the one with the 801, and don't remember seeing the video on first start up
I would much rather watch the video than the slow moving green loading bar (which really should have been TSW orange, not green).
kinda too bad we dont have epic intro movies as old EA sports games back in the day but well, times change, no problem
