   Is weather in Journey mode dynamic in TSW4 or predefined/scripted like in TSW3?

   It does not need to be one way or the other. For example, in TSW3 most of the journeys have fixed weather, but has dynamic weather in Niddertalbahn.
   
   I expect that TSW4 will follow the same trend from TSW3. Mostly fixed weather.
