PS5 Tsw4 - Ps5 Download Issues (21st September)

Hello folks,

A quick update on where we're at with things. At 01.05am BST on 21st September, Sony believe they have fixed the issue for those affected by not being able to download Add-ons on PS5.

However, they have informed us that there is a 24-hour cooldown for anyone who has tried to download the content prior to that time. This is why we're seeing some players be able to download, with others not.

The good news is that, in theory, all players should be able to access all routes and content in Deluxe and Special Edition by 02:00am BST tonight (22nd September) - the bad news is that if you've tried to download a piece of content between this time yesterday and 01.05am today, you will have to wait until around that time today in order to be able for it to be available.

So, for example, if the last time you tried to download Vorarlberg was at 9.34pm last night, we'd expect that it could be up to 10.34pm tonight before you're able to download the content. It might be before though. We've seen some players regain access before 24 hours though.

We can appreciate this is really frustrating, and we're frustrated too, as we want you all to be able to jump in straight away. Unfortunately this appears to have been an issue outside of our control. Please accept our apology for the inconvenience, and we hope that when you can get into game you enjoy it as much as we've enjoyed making it.
