PlayStation Tsw4 Saved Data

Everytime I launch TSW4 i get an error which read:
"Cannot load the saved data because it is corrupted." What does this mean and how has it happened?

Edit:
My game has loaded and its signed me out of my profile completely and is asking me to import an existing one or create a new one. Wtf?

 

it means your saved data is corrupted. could happen if you close the game while it's saving

 

PS4 or PS5?

Anyway: Try a "Rebuild Database", that sounds an awful lot like ............. yeah, corrupted data.

If you have PS Plus you can download your last save from cloud storage if nothing else works.
