Yesterday evening I tried to do my first timetable service with the Talent1 on Voralberg. I selected the very first service in the list: 0:40 - S1 (5062) Schuns to Lochau-Hobranz I didn't get very far though. When I departed from Bludenz, I got stopped at a red signal on the end of the platform. Gave it about 10 mins, but it was clear this was a red light issue. Tried restarting service from the pause menu, tried going back to main menu and restarting the service, tried to spawn in on foot and took over the service... always the same result. This morning, I played around with it some more and I found the problem. This service starts on platform 1 and is scheduled to depart at 0:42. On platform 3 there is an international train (2x182 + IC coaches). This is one of the 4 playable services with the 182, but of course now it is being driven by the game. This train is scheduled to depart at the exact same time, and he has the path. My Talent1 service has to wait until this one leaves. Problem is: it never does. The reason why it doesn't is that is has it's doors opened on the wrong side of the train. Therefore it can not complete it's 'load passangers' objective and it just stays put. I tried deleting this train, but that crashed the game In the end, I restarted my service and before doing anything else, I got out of my train and opened one of the IC coaches doors on the correct side. As I suspected, the AI service was now able to load passangers and departed on schedule. Once it cleared the next signal, I was also able to set off. I ran into the same problem just before Feldkirch though. I was stopped before the station by a red signal. Checked the map, saw that it was the same AI service. It is scheduled to stop there. Walked all the way to the station, saw that the AI once again had the wrong doors open. Opened a correct door. By the time I got back to my train I could continue and complete my service all the way. I racked up a delay of almost 15 mins. I went to the 182 timetable and spawned in on foot for all 4 services to check. The AI opens the wrong doors every single time. So whenever you get stuck on Voralberg and you see a train with 2 loco's blocked in a station before you, this will be the problem. Good this there are only 4 such services. Excellent write-up on this issue, even including a workaround. You did a lot of work for DTG on this problem- let’s hope they clean this issue up (and so many other TSW4 issues) sooner than later. We shall see I guess.
