DTG JD hi I’ve got a question for you in the 390 was the TASS tilt system a difficult thing to implement in tsw what sort of processes did it use and was it something that took a long time to setup and simulate as someone new to pendolino driving I find this a fascinating aspect of the class 390 workings

You have to keep in mind that the 390 is the third train to feature tilt in TSW.
The DB 612 DMU in TSW2 and the Acella Express in TSW3.
I'd imagine that the 390 is a progression of what was learned on the 2 previous tilting trains.

The 612 was evelotionary in TSW at the time, being something of a trail blazer. You can enable and disable the tilt system and the signal limits will change accordingly. There were glitches and bugs, like the second unit of a coupled pair not tilting with the lead unit but that was eventually sorted in game.
