This is completely speculation, but I was wondering wether this new code name would suggest towards a New York subway or other route within that area, and also possibly (a more strenuous link here) an extension/new TGV line in Paris from George Gershwin’s song “American in Paris” I would love to hear what other people think below!
Dtg have mentioned that new york subways are very complicated. First, mta gives dtg zero access to the trains and any reference material which means they can't get photos or sound recordings. It's also difficult to find underground track plans on Google Earth data which makes it difficult to create it accurately. They've also explained more French high speed is difficult. It's too long for tsw standards for it to end somewhere reasonable which is outside the budget
TSW3's code was Smithfield, and this didn't get featured in the game. I do like the idea, but I doubt it is true...
