Hi, I am just stuck in this route when I drop off passenger at the end of this scene, how to solve? I tried reload this map multiple time with no save along the whole scene but not succeed. Can anyone help? thank you.

 

The passenger loading works differently on this route to others, whether by accident or design - unknown.

At stations where you have a red signal at the end of the platform there is a double despatch feature. Do not initiate the door close sequence until the second loading passengers message has completed and the "Lock doors" message is displayed.
