I played TSW5 a couple of days ago, made a new profile and did some of the training, but when I started the game today I no longer had a player profile, meaning the game haven't saved my progress. Is this an Xbox issue, it's off-putting to say the least having to start a new profile every time I want to play ?
There may be an issue with local save files on your console, or they may be getting corrupted when the game closes unexpectedly. Try clearing the local saved data. Go to Settings > System > Storage on your Xbox, find TSW5, and select "Clear local save data." This might force the game to resync with your cloud saves
