Steam Tsw6 - Screen Turns Black And Pc Rebooting Always

Hey Folks!
Before I explain my problem, let me say I already reached out to the dtg technical support, but maybe someone here can help in the meantime:
I'm unable to play TSW 6 for longer then 20-30 minutes per Session, then my Screen turns black, fans still running and the PC reboots.
It happens on Frankfurt-Fulda and on Dresden-Leipzig route, with diffrent time/weather conditions.

Its not an bluescreen or ctd so no crashreport, besides this reocuring warning in the windows eventmanager before Kernel Event 41 (unexpected shutdown):
“Event 10016, DistributedCOM” - if that has smth to do with it.

I had a similar problem a few months ago in Arma reforger, caused by the amd software gaming overlay, already checked it but thats not the problem this time.
TSW is currently the only game where this happens, tested other games yesterday.

PC is de-dusted and temps look normal, pc is a year old and the psu should be powerfull enough for this system.

Here is what I tried already:
-Reinstalled the game
-turned on/off directx12
-changed graphic settings (windowed mode, lower preset, framratelimit, vsync)
-updated all drivers (gpu,cpu,chipset)
- updated bios
- moved the game to a diffrent drive
- changed high priority for the dedicated gpu in windows settings
- this solution from reddit
My specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D (no oc)
GPU: Radeon RX 6800 16GB (no oc)
RAM: 32GB-DDR5-6000
MB: MSI B650 Gaming Plus WIFI
PSU: bequiet! Pure Power 850W
Drive: 1 NWMe SSD and 2 Sata SSDs
Pagefile: 40 GB
Game is installed on the same partition as windows and the pagefile, before that on one of the satas, made no difference.
