Matts video was really useful with regards to pzb and lzb but there should be a mechanism to take us through this in game. (Even if it’s optional). For inspiration see the kind of explanations that are built into the tactics, training or squad dynamics in the Football Manager series. They do a good job of delivering a complex concept in simple terms (it also took about 10 years development to reach this stage) but something like this containing the basics of Matts video, along with a couple of scenarios, maybe one for enabling pzb one for going from lzb to pzb could be good.
