Hello everyone, today I would like to propose to you the line 5 of subway underground Berlin. The Berlin Metro (in German: U-Bahn Berlin, contraction of Untergrundbahn) is a public transport network serving the German capital. Together with the S-Bahn network (urban express train) and the tram network (which practically only runs in the former East Berlin), it forms the backbone of public transport in the German capital. The berlin metro is supplied with the 3rd rail In 750 VDC Berlin Underground Line 5 (U-Bahnlinie 5 or U5) is one of the nine lines of the Berlin Underground. It connects Berlin Central Station to the outer limits of the city to the east, near the Hönow district of the municipality of Hoppegarten in Brandenburg The line includes 26 stations on a 22.4 km route between Hauptbahnhof in the west and Hönow in the east. It is the only one whose terminus is so close to the city limits. Quick Facts: Length: 22,4km Max. Speed: 70km/h Track Gauge: 1435mm (Normal Gauge) Third-Rail Voltage: 750V= Signaling System: H/V Safety System: (no details could be found about the current system) Line 5 Map: Maintenance workshop: The Friedrichfelde workshop was created during the construction of line E (today U5) in 1930. It is located near the Tierpark station. Rolling stock: The U5 line contains the H, IK and F series rolling stock (For this suggestion, I suggest the H and IK series) Serie F: Serie IK: Serie H: Line tourist stations: - The Television Tower (Fernsehturm) at Alexanderplatz station; -The Teacher's House (Haus des Lehrers) at Alexanderplatz station; - Berlin City Hall (Rotes Rathaus) at Alexanderplatz station; - The Urania world clock (Urania-Weltzeituhr) at Alexanderplatz station; The Kosmos cinema at Weberwiese station; - Samaritan Church (Samariterkirche) at Samariterstraße station; - Friedrichsfelde Palace (Schloss Friedrichsfelde) at Tierpark station; - Berlin-Friedrichsfelde Zoological Garden (Tierpark) at Tierpark station; - Jelena-Šantić Park (Friedenspark Jelena-Šantić), the Wuhle River and beyond, Mount Kienberg and Gardens of the World at Neue Grottkauer Straße station; -The University of Applied Sciences (IUT in France) Alice-Salomon (Alice-Salomon-Hochschule) at Hellersdorf station; U5 Line Cab ride and stations :
Excellent idea and this can form a new bundle called Train Sim world 2 underground commuter possibly comprised of London Underground Metropolitan line New York IRT East side Flushing or Boston Red Orange & Green line for the United States Germany Berlin U5. Announcements Voices are Philippa Jarke Helga Bayertz and Ingo Ruff once the legal matters about those are settled
Thank you very much for this feedback. It would be a good thing other metro lines in the world, it would change a little variety. And thank you for the video, no matter how much I searched, I couldn't find any ads. are these announcements in the trains or at the station ?
Those are for the Trains and for Ingo Ruff his announcements work well with all German Routes including this proposed German route and so is Ruhr Sieg Nord
Oh ok. It would be good if we had sound announcements in the trains, it would give a game closer to reality and more lively
A question, is there a jingle in the metro stations? Are the line's safety systems like commuter trains?
Signaling System: The signals are based on the H/V system found on the national rail network, but with some additions for more details. Since most aspects are identical to the normal H/V system, I will just show the main signal aspects here. The U5 has some minor signalling differences from the rest of the U-Bahn network. The most severe are that all signalling aspects from and to sidings have to be treated as Hp4 and the signal designations differ from all other lines. Hp0 (Stop): Hp1 (Clear): Hp2 (Slow 40km/h): Hp3 (Slow 25km/h): Hp4 (Occupied 25km/h):
Here are some introducing you to the U-Bahn u5 line with its environments and rolling stock. And automatic line station announcements good viewing
