Downloading now. About 87 GB. Don't know whether it's the particular server I've latched on to, but it's going rather slowly. Anyone had any problems here in the New World? And, as of 10:45 CDT, no discount available in the Steam store for Rush Hour.
My download was 61.43 GB and according to the Steam tracker the best speed I got was around 13 MB/sec. Took 1.75 hours to fully dl. I have to say this speed is not all that unusual for Steam, it makes no difference as to what your pipe is coming into the home, mine is 100/100 Fios.
