Hello, If I was to purchase the ECML route add-on for the PS5, would I that give me access to the main game as well?

Don't know why you would though, the UK Regional edition is £29.99, Standard Edition is £39.99 which gives you two more routes. Unless of course you only really really want ECML.
On the PS5 PlayStation store, it is not visible. I can only see the standard, deluxe and special editions
I pointed this out to DTG a few weeks ago. It is actually listed but as an add on so you have to search by the route name. The blurb also doesn’t make it entirely clear the core game is included, though I assume it is. Appears in the ensuing period of time neither DTG or Sony have done anything about making the regional starter packs more visible and clarifying what is included.
The store on the console itself is generally LOVE. This isn't a DTG issue, I've had problems trying to find DLC on console store with quite a few other games, yet it displays with no issues on the web store. I think the issue affects the PS app store on phones too
