It needs to be done to show our support to Ukraine. Even though it'll be impossible due to the railways there not really being active online.

You do realize it takes over a year to develop a good route, right? They cannot just snap their fingers and bam, you have a route. If that could be done, I would be driving in Vancouver and Toronto right now.

This does beg the question why you would want to be in Toronto though?? :D

As a Canadian, the answer is more “why not”?

Sorry, misunderstood...for some reason I read it as "car driving" and I've driven in Toronto which is not fun...

Yes I'd also like to see East Canadian routes. I've always wanted but never managed to visit Canada.

It was my late Grandfather's dream to go there. He was not allowed, living in East Germany under Soviet controlled regime. He died before the Wall came down. He was a man who loved nature, fishing, hunting and photography. His uncle left Germany in the early 20th century and became mayor of Surf City, New Jersey.

My girlfriend's sister is a Real Estate Agent in Toronto, and I'm friends with Canadian Blues guitarist John Campbelljohn from Halifax (even bought a guitar and an amp from him which he left at a friend's house to pickup when touring Europe).

Love Trailer Park Boys and Rush too :D

Maybe because other local devs already did - who have probably more route knowledge than a London-based studio... I found some freeware routes on the net. Hassle to get the required assets though...

Diesel locomotives you are looking at DR BR 120 M62 DR BR132 TE109 the difference between the Ukrainian and the German version are the couplers track gauge and signaling system. Germany former German Democratic Republic DDR PZB Sifa 1.435m track gauge buffers and chains Ukraine ASLN Klub-U 1.520m gauge SA-3 couplers compatible with Mosel Line Trier Koblenz DB BR189s

Thank you for telling me about that how about Belarus that can also work. Since they use M62 DR BR120 TE109 with ASLN Klub-U SA-3 couplers. Electric locomotive VL80 like Ukraine

Locking this thread here due to political commentary, which isn't appropriate given the current situation in Ukraine and neighbouring countries
