Hello. A lot of the files I have gotten hold of (included in freeware packs) are corrupt. I have found that these files are not present on UKTS archive. Does anyone have these? UKTS File Id 19941 19959 21802 23236 23422 23423 24134 24258 28981
Thanks, I had to remove some files from Wilburton\Stockton\Scenery because LogMate reported them as appearing to contain invalid data. And indeed - these files all contained random garbage, none of these were blueprints or model files actually. The packs I listed were reported as missing from UKTS back in 2015 already. (Source: TrainSimDev forum) Garbage collection: Good thing though is I can't say these assets were ever missing from any route I got...
Hmm not got any of them, I have 136 UKTS files saved on my storage drive but none are what you need sorry.
I've got some of them but can't do anything about it until next week. Let me know here if you still need them.
Got four of them: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1TbawmSDeB24pLILJjCEXdCTrfegQ7whr/view?usp=drive_link 21802 23236 24134 24258 Haven't retested them but I'm pretty sure that I use them in my route and they work ok (they're old downloads)
Here is the UKTS index, setup by DTG Matt Index of /RW Unfortunately, Matt did not include "Rail Simulator" assets only RailWorks assets! Some maybe also found on trainsim.com
Hi Spikee 1975 I think these are the missing files you require https://workupload.com/file/ZatFMrD6AGn
Thank you for your effort - this pack you have linked contains these corrupt files (both bin and GeoPcDx are just random data, and you can see someone duplicated existing assets (FlourMill -> FlourMill1) As opposed to the other links which are UKTS packs, this one is a user generated and modified version, the exact same invalid files that caused me to start this thread. Do not install it! Thanks for all your help. It turns out these invalid blueprints and assets were not original, and never been used on routes.
Best thing is to let LogMate run before you fire up a route, and then remove all assets that it complains about being invalid. LogMate is 100% proof in that respect. One Stockton bin had an mp3 download link inside and such stuff....
I think I've got all Stockton assets now. Turned out the missing/invalid stuff was someone else messing with the original assets, and these files were spread in some asset packs. Never seen any route request these. Thanks anyway mate!
