This just started happening today after trying to buy the new European DLC (not sure which country it is set at the moment). I managed to buy stuff successfully for TSC and OMSI 2 yesterday so this seems to only affect this DLC or TSW. When I try to purchase I get referred to the payment Window, enter password, then before I can get to the bottom of the next page that has the agreement icon the payment window shrinks to a line and cannot be used. Is this some sort of PR stunt from Paypal or Steam or something else? I lost access to the official Steam forums as well as Giants when the COPA thing happened so I can't post on there. I can't buy gift cards as there isn't a store that stocks them for Steam anywhere near. Why is this happening?
