Xbox Series X Unable To Complete Scenario Limited Power With The Voyager 220

Previously this was broken when it came to changing ends at Plymouth, now you can't even get that far.

When being held at Newton Abbot Platform 1 on a red signal at 10:25, due to waiting for a train to pass, this never happens.

Several trains do come and go, and the signal should clear just before 10:30, but it doesn't.

You need to be at Plymouth Platform 6 by 11:07, but that time has come and gone and you're still waiting for the signal to clear.

Also, on another note, the Voyager 220's wipers are still the same speed at both intermittent and slow settings.
