I have just purchased TSW4 UK edition from PS Store and following downloading to my ps5 I have been unable to open the game. It appears in my library under the 'My Collection' section but with a white padlock icon. I have tried... Restoring licences. Enabling sharing/offline play. Disabled parental control. Unplugging console for several minutes. Each of these did not resolve the issue. I am currently deleting and redownloading/installing the game but have the awful feeling that I will not be able to resolve the issue. Is there anything I might have missed?
Thank you, aside from the solutions you have attempted above, that icon can also signify that you aren't using the account which purchased TSW4. Can I check if this is the case? I am definitely using the correct account Alex. I have submitted a support ticket already. I have tried a complete deletion and reinstall but this will take several hours once my owned dlc is included. Thanks.
Hi again Alex. I have noticed something that I think might be the problem. Now that I have downloaded it again, the item is supposed to be ECML Peterborough to Doncaster but somehow it is also logged as London Underground Bakerloo Line as you can see in the attached screenshot. I think somehow this is the route of the problem and wonder if this has affected any other ps5 players.
