Xbox Series X Unable To Play Tsw4

I pre ordered TSW4 deluxe about month back .
All the DLC downloaded but not the core game . I thought maybe that would come the day it was released on early access. I see I’m not the only one from the reviews on the Xbox store . I tried to access the video you posted but it’s no longer available

 

Go to my games & apps, then go to all owned games, it should be there.
