Bug/Issue Unable To Walk Through Gangway Between Class 153 And 158 While Train Is Moving

So the new Class 153 that comes with the Cardiff route is a nice addition and I found that it is MU compatible with the MML 158, just coupled and set off on a trip in free roam and got up to walk through the train only to hit an invisible wall/collision barrier over the 158's gangway door, preventing me from accessing the 153. I coupled both units correctly and set up the gangway doors accordingly. The collision only activates when the train is moving because the 158's gangway still thinks it is "uncoupled" since it fails to recognise the 153's gangway despite the actual coupling and brakes/electrical systems working perfectly.
