Just had two timetable services with the Jubilee end with an unspecified 'service failure'. The first was the 2nd, longer run on SEHS which ended somewhere approaching Chatham. The 2nd and more annoying was while sat in Lime Street having just arrived with the 11ish arrival from Crewe. Just the game prompted me to 'lock doors' I got the 'service failure' notifcation again. Very frustrating.
The bug is well known, unfortunately it doesn't seem to be important enough. Meanwhile, DTG treats itself to a price increase of 6€ and SOS continues to be sold diligently, a kick in the face for any unsuspecting customer who realizes that he has just sunk 36€ in the toilet. Just look here and here. However, you can enjoy high-resolution Pringles advertising ingame instead, which was patched several times in quick succession.
Thanks for the info, I was just starting to get back into SOS since the launch of TSW3... Guess time to park it for a year or two.
