    Hi everyone,

While playing on the Frankfurt–Fulda line in TSW5, I wanted to share some feedback about the S-Bahn section near Frankfurt.

When driving an S-Bahn train toward Frankfurt Main Süd, you enter a tunnel with no textures, and several stations before Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof appear unfinished or completely untextured. Even Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof itself isn’t well textured, which breaks immersion, especially for such an iconic station.

After passing Hauptbahnhof, the train switches tracks and continues a bit, but the game quickly indicates that you’ve left the playable area. It seems this part of the line was planned but never completed.

Stepfort Zone made a video explaining all of this clearly:

I understand this might have been too ambitious for the initial release, but I think this section really has potential and could be a good candidate for a future update or DLC.

Thanks to the whole TSW5 team for the great work, I just wanted to share this in case it helps improve the line.

    Bye!

The route struggles as it is, unfortunately. Adding more detail and services would probably kill it!

    Hi!
I get that the route already struggles performance-wise. But maybe a good compromise could be to release an optional add-on — something like a “S-Bahn Frankfurt Expansion” — for those who have stronger PCs and want the extra detail and services.

That way, players who want better performance can keep the base route as is, and those who want the full S-Bahn experience can choose to install the add-on.

Just an idea — I think it could be a win-win solution!
