Union Pacific Excursion Auxiliary Water Tenders

Well I would like to see a Union Pacific Excursion Auxiliary water tender rolling stock DLC for TSC but I'm probably wasting my breath.

Be sure to enable the DTG UP Turbine to enable these in game.
Patch to add sound file so you do not need the UP Turbine.
