I have recently been playing a lot of baby bullet and I have come across an unplayable service in journey mode. When you spawn in on 319 San Jose to San Francisco, there is a train blocking your path at the end of the Lawrence passing rail that will not move, thereby making the service unplayable. Any help would be appreciated.
If you're on TSW4 you could delete the train causing the issue. Best I can tell you as it won't be fixed.
The workaround to fix services with stuck trains in TSW4 is this: open the map, move the cursor to the stuck train, click on it and select delete, after that the signal should be green
