DTG you guys have to take a good look at these unteachable locations. Most of these trains can’t even reach any location even if you’re on the right track I assume. This is extremely ridiculous. I flood through all the trains collection some are ok and then some are not with the unreachable location. I’m checking the path of the track and yet it directly the straight path I take and yet it says unreachable location. I don’t know but plz consider checking the unreachable locations on the 2D map or something. And check all the trains as well.this is very and I mean very frustrating.
Dare I ask? Route: Train: ie; UK, DE, US, NL? Service type: timetable, scenario? Bottom line, where in the TSW, world are you when this happens?
Basically I’m using couple of train. 483 484 and the 1973 tube stock. And yet I am using it in third rail in a few third rail route. Even the 465 and 313 are having problems saying the same thing exact thing. Knowing they won’t get to this anytime soon or maybe never. DTG need to take a look at these unreachable location as it a pain in the buttocks. But again on 3rd rail routes. Which it shouldn’t happen. Fix fix fix.
I haven't run into this yet, that is, I will try to see how it goes on my end. But yes this things should not happen.
I had that error a few times, but checked I had my points set and BAM, had my path. I do recall having issues with the IOW22 and giving trains a path but I've (remembering to set my points) always been able to use 3rd rail stock on 3rd rail routes. The East Coastway is my 3rd rail testing route and I use WCML or NLL for OHLE/3rd/4th rail testing.
By the way I’m on Xbox series s. I like using the tube like trains a lot I am more comfortable using those type of trains. But if you can check it out and see if it happen to you.
Are you on Xbox console. It is required to use these on 3rd rail that not a problem. The 1973 tube stock not even in the list of formation designer. I do wonder why or the excuse.
I think the tube stock not being in the livery/formation designer has been that way since Bakerloo released (unless someone can can correct me here) so that's not so much a bug as 'intended behaviour' - Which route are you having problems with?
Majority of the one that are 3rd rail route. All the track I use says unreachable location. But I am only using the 3rd rail track that should be able to reach where it supposed to be reaching to.
I've just done a quick test at Lovers Walk, Selhurst and Gillingham with the 387, 377/2, 377/4, 313, 375, 395, 465/9, 700, 710 and had no issues getting them to take power. I also tried them all at Harrow & Wealdstone including the '72 Tubestock and was able to take power with alm of them. When you spawn the trains in, are you following the correct process to set up the train (including selecting DC power and lowering shoes where required)
I’m speaking on the 313 483 484 465 try these on Xbox wcml you can also try it on LIRR or London commuter or the Harlem line east coastway as well. 1973 tube stock don’t work on them At all on Xbox. I tried it don’t work on mine. It will say unreachable location. And some of these trains will say that on all the track that you pick. The specific trains that I put on here.
I have not been doing much with gaming the past week, Personal matters took precedence, but you are doing this in freeroam, correct? Or selecting random services from the routes the trains are meant to be on?
UK trains won't work on US routes outside of a scenario with 'off the rails' turned on so none of them will work ok LIRR or Harlem. As for the other DC rolling stock, if your setting them up properly and making sure that your manual points are set (if applicable) and that the path doesn't run across any non DC (AC OHLE or 4th rail) areas and they still aren't working then I'd suggest lodging a bug ticket.
These are uk train though. But I mainly try them on. Uk route US route just was testing. That ok I’m not gonna bother with it anymore. I’ll use other train that work but thanks for the help

I was able to get it kind of working, but not well on my Xbox Series X. It's the best I could get it, other than the Tube stock 1972 LT & LU
No, not yet, been trying to get another service to complete on XB, I posted in the XB Series X section, it keeps crashing and never in the same location.
