So this took me a while to find out but for some reason NVIDIA graphics cards can have an issue with a certain feature called MPO "Multple Panel Overlay" this causes the interface to flicker randomly and eventually needs a restart of the editor to fix the issue temporarly. The link below is nvidia's fix for the issue, the date of the post maybe old but the issue has never really been fixed by Microsoft or Nvidia. Is this the same issue where right-click menus start to flicker and become invisible after some time? I'll try it!
